**A debit or credit card is required to hold new (initial) patient visits with a $50 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the cost of your first visit. A $50 fee may be applied to ANY appointment if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel / re-schedule, or in the event of a missed / no-show appointment. Your card on file may be charged in such circumstances. Emergency situations do occur and we do our best to accommodate unforeseen situations. Thank you for your understanding**
COVID-19 Updates (01/01/2023):
Your practitioner will continue to be masked during treatments and is fully COVID vaccinated. An air purification system will be running in the office during visits.
ALL PATIENTS ARE KINDLY ASKED TO CONTINUE WEARING A CLOTH OR SURGICAL/MEDICAL GRADE MASK OVER NOSE & MOUTH DURING ALL VISITS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. AN N95 or KN94 IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. No bandanas or neck gaiters, as they do not provide proper protection.
One person is allowed in the office per visit. If you need to be accompanied by someone, please discuss this prior to your visit.
Please have your paperwork completed PRIOR to your appointment time, and either printed out and brought with you, or emailed ahead of time.
Initial visits require 30 - 60 minutes approximately for conversation time to discuss your medical history before treatment. Thank you!
